To ensure the highest standards in our level measurement and process automation systems, we will achieve and maintain a customer satisfaction rating of at least 80% through continuous improvement, customer support, and value-added services. Additionally, we will uphold rigorous safety and quality compliance with all regulatory requirements in nuclear power operations, aiming for zero non-compliance incidents and ensuring all employees are trained and informed about nuclear safety and industry best practices.
Our quality objectives include:
- Achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all products and services meet or exceed customer requirements and specifications, aiming for zero customer complaints and achieving a customer satisfaction score of 80% or higher annually.
- Maintain Product Excellence: Attain a product defect rate of less than 2.5% by implementing rigorous quality control measures and conducting regular product audits. Ensure all new products and designs meet or exceed industry standards and customer performance expectations before market release.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Achieve and maintain compliance with all applicable industry regulations and standards, including those specific to nuclear safety, with no violations reported during regulatory inspections or audits.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement at least three major process or product improvements each year based on feedback, research, and technological advancements. Conduct biannual reviews of quality performance metrics and implement action plans to address identified areas for improvement.
- Foster Employee Engagement and Development: Provide a minimum of 6 hours of training per employee annually, with a focus on industry best practices and civil nuclear safety protocols.
- Strengthen Supplier Partnerships: Evaluate and qualify suppliers annually to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards, with a target of zero quality issues arising from supplier-related components. Collaborate with suppliers to drive at least one major quality or safety improvement initiative each year.
- Enhance Civil Nuclear Safety: Ensure that 100% of our level measurement instruments used in nuclear operations comply with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements. Conduct annual safety audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential safety issues, with a target of zero non-compliance incidents.
